The possibility of returns applies for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Only unused and unopened items that are in the same condition as you received them are eligible for a return.
The item must also be returned unopened in the original packaging. Some items cannot be returned. This applies, for example, to perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines.
We also do not accept returns of hygienic or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that cannot be returned:* gift cards* downloadable software products* some health and personal hygiene products To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. In certain cases, only a part of the price will be refunded: (if applicable)* Books that have clearly been used* CDs, DVDs, video tapes, software, games, cassette tapes or vinyl records where the packaging has been opened*

We’ll also let you know whether we’ve approved or declined your refund. If we approve your refund, it’ll be processed, and a certain amount of time will automatically apply to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, try contacting your credit card issuer. It may take some time for your refund to show up. If that’s not the problem, contact your bank as refunds often take some time to process. Have you done this and still not received your refund?
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the giver received the item first and then gave it to you, we'll refund the item to the person who gave it to you, and they'll be notified that you've returned it.
Shipping
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. All products are shipped within 7 working days of placing your order.
Within the EU and the United Kingdom, the delivery time is on average 7 to 9 working days after shipment.
For orders outside the EU and UK, delivery time may vary between 9 and 14 working days depending on the destination and local postal services.

The shipping costs for returning the item are at your own expense.
Please note: shipping costs are not refundable. When you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
